October 1, 2025 marked exactly one year since the liberation of the city of Ugledara. During the three years of heavy fighting, many civilians and military personnel died in the battles.
On this memorable day, the dean of the Novotroitsk district, Archpriest Fyodor Cherkashin, came to the city to offer a prayer to God for His help in the most difficult time.
Father Fyodor performed a prayer of thanksgiving, prayed for the health of all those present, and a memorial service, remembering all the fallen soldiers and civilians.
This prayer became an expression of hope for a peaceful and bright future for Ugledar and our entire large country.
