An important and touching event took place — the Christmas meeting of military volunteers of the Crimean Metropolis. 
During the meeting, a prayer service was held for the Victory, for the soldiers, for the wounded, for relatives and friends, as well as for all those who do not remain indifferent and help the front. It became a spiritual support for everyone present.
After the prayer service, in the format of a friendly meeting over tea, together with other military volunteers, we exchanged experiences on trips "beyond the ribbon", making camouflage nets, preparing "dry rations", collecting necessary equipment and many other important areas of our activities.
Father Dmitry Krotkov, a military priest and head of the humanitarian mission of the Crimean Metropolia, played a special role in organizing the event. His long-term assistance to military personnel and dedication since 2003 deserve deep respect and gratitude.
The meeting was organized by the Military Department of the Crimean Archdiocese together with the Headquarters of Public Support for United Russia in the Republic of Crimea.
