On September 12, 2025, a ceremonial evening titled "For Labor and the Fatherland" was held at the State Kremlin Palace in Moscow to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the establishment of the Order of Alexander Nevsky.

The event featured the participation of Metropolitan Kirill of Stavropol and Nevinnomyssk, who is also the chairman of the Synodal Department for Interaction with the Armed Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies, as well as the head of the Synodal Committee for Interaction with the Cossacks. The Metropolitan read a greeting from His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia.

In his message, the Patriarch emphasized the significance of the Order, noting that over three centuries, the award has been bestowed upon those whose deeds exemplified true love for the Fatherland and loyalty to duty, placing the interests of the nation above personal gain. The Patriarch also expressed special gratitude to the "Immortal Regiment of Russia" movement for preserving historical memory and fostering a sense of connection to family and national history among the younger generation.

The ceremonial evening, organized with the support of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Government of Moscow, and the "Immortal Regiment of Russia" movement, included a concert program and a formal presentation of the flags of military units honored with the Order of Alexander Nevsky. Among the participants were order recipients, heroes of the special military operation, and servicemen, highlighting the connection between the award and contemporary defenders of the Fatherland.
