This summer, another well for clean water was drilled at the parish of St. Zosima Solovetsky in the village of Chemelil (Nandi deanery) in Kenya.
According to the dean of the district, Priest Titus Kipngheni, the residents had previously been in need. To get water, they had to travel kilometers on foot or on donkeys. Now drinking water has become available to many local families.
The drilling of the well and the installation of the pump were carried out with the help of the Foundation for the Support of Christian Culture and Heritage.
