A master class in hairdressing was held in the detention center No. 1 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Omsk region.
The Department for Church Charity and Social Service of the Omsk Diocese, the Mercy Omsk service for those in need, together with the project of the All-Russian volunteer movement "Hairdressers of Kindness" organized a visit of craftsmen to the pre-trial detention center.
The event was organized for convicted women of the household maintenance unit of the institution with the involvement of representatives of the Hairdressers of Kindness movement.
As part of the master class, practical skills in the field of hair styling and creating various hairstyles were demonstrated. The experts introduced the participants to modern techniques and trends in hairdressing, as well as shared the secrets of professional hair care.
The event, held in SIZO-1, became the most important part of the program aimed at the social rehabilitation and adaptation of persons serving sentences. The participants were very grateful to the masters for their attention, support and acquired knowledge.
