On the eve of the new school year, on August 25, a children's procession along the Arino–Kucko-Pamash route was held in the Morkinsky district of Mari El.
The prayer procession, which has been taking place for the fourth year in a row and has already become a good tradition, was attended by pupils of the Sunday school of the Church of the Nativity of the village of Arino. They were joined by everyone, led by the rector of the church, Archpriest Nikolai Chuzaev, and the rector of the Holy Trinity Church in Sotnur, Priest Igor Sapaev.
In the morning, a moleben was served in the Church of the Nativity of Christ in front of the icon of the Mother of God "Kazan", after which children and adults, carrying banners and the image of the Queen of Heaven, set off. The Crusaders' route covered several villages: Maly Karamas – Baldyrka – Adymash – Toksarkino – Yplan – Yansitovo. Everywhere, local residents warmly welcomed the participants of the prayer procession. The priests talked to people and distributed spiritual literature.
The procession ended near the pillar chapel consecrated 4 years ago in honor of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker in the village of Kucko Pamash.
