Patriarch Kirill, head of the Russian Orthodox Church, extended birthday wishes to President Vladimir Putin, highlighting his dedication to the nation's development and the preservation of its sovereignty and cultural heritage. The congratulatory message was published on the official website of the Moscow Patriarchate.

In his address, Patriarch Kirill commended Putin for his "diligence" in leading the country, ensuring constitutional rights and freedoms, and safeguarding Russia's cultural legacy. "For many years, you have carried out your service to the Motherland with the utmost responsibility and dedication. By diligently working as President of Russia, you tirelessly care for the comprehensive development of our country, firmly stand in defense of its sovereignty and centuries-old cultural heritage, and serve as a guarantor of the constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens," the message reads.

The Patriarch also emphasized Putin's role in fostering national unity, increasing civic responsibility, and supporting participants in the special military operation. Kirill expressed confidence that the collaboration between the state, the Church, and civil society will continue to contribute to Russia's growth and the promotion of traditional values.

The message concluded with well-wishes for Putin's health, long life, and continued success in his leadership.
