A memorial plaque dedicated to the Holy Martyr Nicholas, Bishop of Sestroretsk, was unveiled on July 9 on the facade of the church of the Tikhvin Icon of the Mother of God of Sestroretsk.
Rector Archimandrite Gabriel (Konevichenko) recalled that shortly after the return of the Tikhvin Icon of the Mother of God in 2004, a temple was built in honor of the icon on the Forecourt of Sestroretsk, and a year later, on July 9, the first patronal feast was held there. 
Hieromartyr Nikolai (Klementyev, 1875-1937), Bishop of Sestroretsk, after graduating from St. Petersburg State University, taught at the Alexander Nevsky Theological College, served in the churches of Bolshaya Okhta, and served as dean of the Petrograd churches. In 1922, he was arrested in the case of Metropolitan Benjamin, but was soon released. In 1924, he was ordained Bishop of Sestroretsk, vicar of the Petrograd Diocese. Then he was arrested again and exiled to Siberia. After three years of exile, he managed the diocese of Velikoustyuzha. In 1935, he was arrested and exiled to Kazakhstan. He was shot on charges of anti-Soviet activities. He was glorified among the New Martyrs and Confessors by the Council of Bishops in 2000.
