Conservative Western Christians are waking up from the propaganda.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, until now, has managed to be the Golden Boy of the West; An Freedom Fighter, waging a desperate campaign against big, mean Russia. Darling of the Western press, he is lauded as a Champion of Liberty and Resistance to Tyranny. Yes, his actions in the nasty civil war in the Donbass, which he inherited from his predecessor Petro Poroshenko, are passed over in silence, no matter the deaths of more than 15,000 Donbass men, women, and children over 8 years of aggressive military action. 

No matter, he is an international darling that can do no wrong as the underdog to Putin’s expansionist(?) Russia. PR wise, until now he has seemed bulletproof, even if his army on the battlefield hasn’t. But it would seem that even Magical Child Zelensky has finally jumped the shark in a big way, and one that has the potential to cost him big time. 

It would seem his intensifying persecution of the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC) in recent months and in particular his attacks on the monks of the Kiev Pechersk Lavra are finally getting some attention from conservative Western media people, and not the good kind.

Commentators in the West are finally seeing this ugly business for what it is: bald persecution of a Christian Church by a non-Christian.

Zelensky claims to be attacking the UOC because Ukraine needs something he calls “spiritual independence.” Well, independence from what? God? It would seem so when one observes the bizarre Nazi-occult rites practiced by some of the Ukrainain troops. And it would seem so socially since Ukraine is now embracing the ideas of gay marriage and Satanic LGBT nonsense. Like the “cool kids” outside the high school teaching the younger kids how to smoke, the West is applauding and back-patting Ukraine as it slips ever deeper into Satanism and debauchery. 

Although Western “liberal democracies” do practice persecution of Christians, certain cake bakers come to mind, they never do it on the scale or with the raw aggression of the Zelensky regime now, which is going hard in its zeal to prove itself to its Western friends, to their embarrassment, one would assume. 

In light of this information, it will only be a matter of time before conservative, Christian elements in these societies begin to realise they have been had again, and that Zelensky isn’t fighting for God, Freedom, and Apple Pie at all, but quite the opposite, and their co-religionists are getting hurt. Eventually, they will even come to understand that if Zelensky can violently persecute Christians in Ukraine, one day it could come home to them, and may even already be on its way.
