On the feast of the Worldwide Exaltation of the Holy and Life-Giving Cross of the Lord, on September 27, 2025, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia performed the rite of the great consecration of the Church of St. Sergius of Radonezh, the Patriarchal Compound in Golyanov, Moscow (the Resurrection Deanery of the Eastern Vicariate of the Moscow (City) Diocese) and the Divine Liturgy in the newly consecrated church.
Two altars were consecrated: the upper one in honor of St. Sergius of Radonezh and the lower one in honor of the righteous fathers Joachim and Anna. His Holiness Patriarch Kirill also consecrated 20 antimins. In total, His Holiness consecrated 100 antimins in 2025, and 2,600 during his entire Patriarchal ministry.
Builders, benefactors, and beautifiers of the newly consecrated temple were present in the temple.
The Patriarchal service was broadcast live on the Soyuz and Spas TV channels, as well as on the official website of the Russian Orthodox Church.
At the small entrance, by decree of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill, in view of the work on the construction of the church of St. Sergius of Radonezh, the patriarchal compound in Golyanov, Moscow, Priest Peter Ivanov was awarded the right to wear a club.
At the special litany, special petitions were offered, and the Primate of the Russian Church read a prayer for Holy Russia.
During the Liturgy, His Holiness ordained Deacon Roman Danilin, a graduate of the Moscow Theological Academy, to the rank of presbyter.
At the altar, His Holiness the Patriarch congratulated Archpriest Alexander Dasaev on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of his priestly ministry.
The sermon before Communion was delivered by Archpriest Georgy Ivanov, a cleric of the Church of the Nativity of John the Baptist in Ivanovsky, Moscow.
The Primate of the Russian Church, hierarchs and clergy who served His Holiness performed the glorification and bowed to the Cross of the Lord.
At the end of the Liturgy, the rector of the newly consecrated church, Priest Peter Ivanov, greeted His Holiness and presented His Holiness with an icon depicting the Savior "The Good Shepherd."
His Holiness Patriarch Kirill addressed the participants of the divine service with a Primatial address.
As a gift to the parish in memory of the Patriarchal Divine Service, the Primate gave the image of the Savior Not Made with Hands. Then the presentation of church awards took place. 
Icons of St. Sergius of Radonezh with the Patriarchal blessing were presented to all participants of the divine service.
