On the day of commemoration of the New Martyrs and Confessors of Russia on February 9, 2025, after the Divine Liturgy, a procession was held from the church of the Holy Martyr Mikhail Tikhonitsky at the Lobanovskoye cemetery to the place of execution and burial in a mass grave in 1937 of priests and laity who died as martyrs for the Faith of Christ.
A memorial service was held. The divine service was performed by the rector of the church of Presbyter Michael, Priest Sergey Molokanov, a cleric of the Transfiguration Monastery in Kirov, a member of the diocesan commission for the canonization of saints, Priest Andrey Lebedev. The prayer procession was attended by clergy and choristers of the church of Mikhail Tikhonitsky, parishioners.

Every Saturday, a Great memorial Service is held in the church in honor of St. Michael Tikhonitsky for the soldiers of the special military operation who gave their lives for the Fatherland and their friends.
