On October 1, 2026, as part of the program of the Days of Russian Spiritual Culture, solemn events were held in Yerevan, which were attended by the clergy and parishioners of the Yerevan-Armenian Diocese, as well as activists of the World Russian National Council in Armenia and the International Public Organization Union of Orthodox Women in Armenia.
The central event of the day at the Russian House in Yerevan was the opening of the photo exhibition "On World Peace" dedicated to the upcoming 80th anniversary of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia.
The exhibition includes unique photographs depicting key moments of the Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church's ministry, his meetings and official visits. The frames of the photo chronicle reflect the continuous dialogue of cultures and generations, the strengthening of traditional values and the spiritual connection of the times.
The program of events was continued by the screening of the documentary "The Shepherd's Case". The painting tells about the long-term Primatial labors of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill through the prism of the destinies and stories of ordinary people.
