From June 27 to July 12, an annual parish labor and choir camp was held on Khachin Island, located 3 kilometers from the Nilo-Stolobenskaya Monastery. The schedule included work assignments, music rehearsals, field trips, and cultural events.
Outdoor recreation, isolation from the digital environment and a rich program contributed to the spiritual and moral development of children. The children mastered communication skills with their peers, learned self-care, strengthened their physical health and, of course, discovered the world of the Orthodox faith.
The camp participants visited the Nilo-Stolobenskaya desert, took part in the divine services of the monastery, and talked with the inhabitants of the monastery. They also helped in the improvement of the monastery's territory.
