By March 26, 2025, the Mercy portal managed to almost completely close four aid collections in record time as part of the annual large—scale campaign to help those in need, Lent is a Time of Good Deeds. The campaign runs throughout Lent from March 3 to April 19. 
Currently, 2,532 hours of kindness have been collected for four social projects from different cities of the country: the Children's Visiting Palliative Service, the Orthodox Patronage Service of Kemerovo, the Warm Welcome social rehabilitation center and the St. Elizabeth Monastery of Mercy in Belgorod. 
The portal decided to extend the promotion in order to give extra hours of help to those in need. In addition, the campaign includes a fee for hours of technical assistance for the portal. This suggests that many people really have a vital need to help their neighbor, especially during this Lenten period. Therefore, in the second half of Lent, we invite everyone who has not yet joined the campaign to show mercy and help those in need. So that this Easter may become a truly special celebration for those in need, as well as for donors."

Seriously ill children need 720 hours of professional caregiver's help; the elderly need 1,060 hours of care from foster nurses; the homeless need 680 hours of work from a cook who will feed them; stroke victims need 1,300 hours of training with a physical therapist; the site Милосердие.ги — 375 hours of technical support and uninterrupted operation. Any donation will benefit those who find themselves in a difficult situation. All funds raised will be used to pay for the work of specialists and provide the necessary materials.
