The priests of the Crimean Metropolis visited military units, dugout churches and chapels in the area of the special military operation, and handed over targeted humanitarian aid to the soldiers.
During the trip, prayer services were held in the military units, church candles and incense were transferred to the dugout temples. The clergy also held meetings with military personnel.
In the bunker church of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God, a cathedral prayer service was held in front of the sacrificed cross with fragments of the relics of holy warriors and holy princes. The prayer service was led by the Chief Military Priest of the special military operation, Archpriest Dmitry Vasilenkov.
As part of the trip, the soldiers were given an off-road vehicle UAZ ("Loaf") from St. Nicholas and St. Elijah churches of the Yevpatoria deanery.
A gasoline generator, walkie-talkies and batteries for them were delivered to one of the units on the Dnieper. The military priest and the medical department of one of the units received the identification devices of the Bulat 4 drones.
