The Bishop's Choir of the Bishkek Diocese took part in the cultural program of the VIII Kyrgyz-Russian Economic Forum, held on the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul.
The choir performed famous works of Kyrgyz, Uzbek, Kazakh, Turkmen and Russian musical culture, which have become an integral part of the national spiritual heritage. A special place in the program was occupied by the legendary song of the People's Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic Asankaly Kerimbayev "Kaidasyn", performed with deep respect for the traditions of the Kyrgyz people. The presentation was warmly welcomed by the participants and guests of the forum.

The performance of works by Turkic composers at the forum site emphasized the respectful attitude of the Russian Orthodox Church to the cultural heritage of the Kyrgyz Republic and the desire to promote the preservation of the best national traditions through art. Musical creativity, uniting people of different nationalities and faiths, becomes an important means of strengthening mutual understanding, harmony and peace in society.
