I have to admit a terrible thing - sometimes I go into an enemy McDonald's. This happens, as a rule, on the run, when there is little time for a snack, or I need to get somewhere urgently, eat quickly and run on important business. Moreover, the American bourgeoisie know how to attract people: here you have cozy places, and free Wi-Fi, and a toilet, and pleasant music in the morning. It is in the mornings, when there are not yet large crowds of Moscow tourists and noisy families with children, that I sometimes drop in "the Mac". And a wonderful picture opens up to me – at this time, schoolchildren and students from surrounding schools gather there in flocks. If you break away from your laptop and coffee, you can immerse yourself in the real life of young people, learn the details of the intimate life of high school students, listen to the news of the charts and get acquainted with the stars of rap and counterstrike, hear the names of "goats" and "morons", plunge into the world of political passions and understand the fullness of the inner world of Russian teenagers.
This completeness, frankly speaking, is not joyful. The fact is that I also did not grow up in the institute of noble gentlemen, and I have seen and heard a lot in my life. But the way our children talk to each other is, comrades, a full paragraph. Here sits a cute blonde creature with big blue eyes: "Guys, I *** today *** am not going to *** hand over *** Went *** scary ***." I have marked with asterisks words that are even disgusting to type. She is answered by a young man, decently dressed, with glasses "*** did not look, in short *** come on *** yesterday *** and you ***, I have *** shorter *** no."
To make it clear – this is not a situation of scandal, when everything breaks out on emotions. It's a calm, sweet conversation over tea and a burger. 80 percent of this dialogue is outright garbage. I am a philologist, it is easy for me to understand that the mat is not always useless, there is a certain meaning in it, and a lexical load, and an emotional game. But I didn't hear any of this – just absolutely garbage speech. By the way, they discussed the upcoming biology test. And even in a biological sense, I didn't see any connection between these infinite ***.
Here's what I think. Speaking about the education and upbringing of young people, we are constantly introducing new technologies into education, all these remote lessons, electronic whiteboards, laser pointers and 3D printers. We fill school buildings to the brim with wires and routers, educate young professionals and develop ruthless "skills". But maybe we can just teach them to speak normally? Well, at least among themselves without ***. At least in the case when they do not even express emotions, but are used for a bunch of words. For "endings and prepositions serve to connect words in sentences" - this is how the textbook of the Russian language teaches.
