On September 27, 2025, a meeting of Sisters of Mercy took place in the Friday courtyard of the Holy Trinity St. Sergius Lavra.
It was attended by the Paraskeva Friday sisterhood and the Pereslavl historical sisterhood named after Luka Krymsky.
The meeting was attended by spiritual mentors of the sisterhood: archpriest Andrey Ufimtsev and priest Dionysius Popov, heads of the sisterhood Yulia Tolstoy and Elena Panasenko, Sisters of mercy from Pereslavl and Sergiev Posad.
As part of the event, a round table was organized for professional communication and experience exchange. During the discussion, topical issues of palliative care, special care for seriously ill patients, as well as methods of providing psychological support to both the patients themselves and their relatives were touched upon.
Such meetings contribute to strengthening ties between sisterhood and improving the quality of their service.
