From February 14 to 16, 2025, a youth conference for Orthodox Christians took place in the Swiss Alps, blessed by Bishop Irenei of London and Western Europe. The gathering was held at a retreat center near the Cathedral of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross in Geneva.

The conference was led by Father Emiliani Pochinok, a clergyman of the Geneva Cathedral. Over 40 young people from various cities and countries participated, coming together for shared prayer, spiritual fellowship, and the strengthening of Christian friendships.

According to the website of the Diocese of London and Western Europe, the conference included services, spiritual talks, and lectures. Father Antoine Barros, a clergyman from the Geneva Cathedral, joined the participants and shared his story of conversion to Orthodoxy. The youth also had the opportunity to ask questions to the clergy and deepen their understanding of the faith.

A highlight of the gathering was the baptism of one of the participants, Joseph. The sacrament took place before the Divine Liturgy on the Sunday of the Prodigal Son.
