In Novy Chersonesos, the Sevastopol City Organization of the Trade Union of Workers of Public Education and Science of the Russian Federation, with the support of the Crimean Archdiocese and the Department of Education and Science, held the IX Forum of Young Teachers of Sevastopol "In the unity of peoples — the greatness of Russia!". The forum was attended by young teachers, including classroom teachers, educators, teachers of additional education, and members of the Council of Young Educators.
"Every year, more than 100 young teachers come to our educational institutions after graduating from colleges and universities, our task is to create a development environment for them. I am sure that the forum is a platform for informal professional conversation between young teachers and their mentors. Today we are discussing topical issues: the development of new solutions, ideas in the field of education, training, development and interaction with the parent community," said Elena Andrus, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Science.
At the discussion platform "Young Teacher and modern challenges", the participants discussed modern challenges in the education system and ways to solve them. The participants were addressed by the Candidate of Historical Sciences, member of the Russian Society "Znanie", priest Konstantin Bely.
During the event, issues of the formation of citizenship and social responsibility were discussed.
