On September 26, a prayer service was held at the St. John of Kronstadt Counseling Center in Lublin, Moscow, to launch a new family assistance project. The prayer service was headed by Archpriest Mikhail Potokin, Acting Chairman of the Synodal Department for Charity. 
Within the framework of the new project, it is planned to provide counseling to pregnant women, infertile families, as well as families in crisis and on the verge of divorce. For these purposes, special prayer services will be held every Saturday at 12.00 for pregnant women, and at 14.00 for infertile families. Consultations for families in crisis and on the verge of divorce will be held on Wednesdays and Fridays from 11.00 to 18.00. The project was made possible thanks to the activities of the Department of Social Service of the Moscow Diocese.
"In the family, childbirth, and upbringing of children, a person finds happiness and the meaning of life, so we pray before the Mother of God, Her shrines, and the icon so that She does not leave and strengthen us," Archpriest Mikhail Potokin said at a prayer service at the St. John of Kronstadt Spiritual Center.
Prayer services at the St. John of Kronstadt Counseling Center will be held for pregnant women and families in front of the icon of the Belt of the Most Holy Theotokos. This icon accompanied the Belt of the Blessed Virgin Mary, which was in Russia in 2011. To strengthen the strength of pregnant women and infertile families, "belts of the Blessed Virgin Mary" will be distributed after attending Saturday prayers.
The Spiritual Care Center in the name of St. John of Kronstadt was founded in 1996 with the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Alexy II of Moscow and All Russia. The head of the church center since December 2023 has been Archpriest Mikhail Potokin, until that time it was headed by Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Abbot Anatoly (Berestov). The center is engaged in countering sectarianism and rehabilitating victims of the occult, as well as providing assistance in overcoming addictions - alcohol, drugs, gambling. 
In addition, a workshop has been opened at the center, in which members of the community of patients with multiple sclerosis work – the only one in Russia that was created at the church in honor of All Saints who shone in the Russian land, in Novokosino.
A deaf community has also been established at the center, which meets on odd Saturdays of the month.
On July 5, the consecration of the house church in honor of the Holy Righteous Filaret the Merciful took place at the Spiritual Care Center of St. John of Kronstadt in Lublin. It was performed by Archpriest Mikhail Potokin, Acting Chairman of the Synodal Department for Charity, head of the Spiritual Care Center.
