With the blessing of the Chairman of the Synodal Department for Youth Affairs, Bishop Seraphim of Istra, a strategic session on the development of the All-Church Orthodox Youth Movement "Faithful" was held in Tver on April 15-17, 2024.
145 representatives of diocesan youth affairs departments from all over Russia, as well as deputies and staff in charge of youth policy at the regional and federal levels, participated in the session (in person and online).
During the session, the goals, objectives and activities of the youth movement "Faithful" were formulated. In addition, proposals were presented and solutions were developed related to further changes to the movement's charter.
In the process, the participants created a draft appeal to youth and heads of public organizations, developed a version of the position of the youth movement, and also drew up an action plan for the second half of 2024.

The Faithful movement represents a new stage in the development of the All-Church Orthodox Youth Movement. The work on the project is carried out in accordance with the resolution of the Holy Synod of September 23-24, 2021 on the development of VPMD.
The youth project develops the traditions of the VPMD. The heavenly patron of the VPMD is Archangel Michael.
The Faithful movement was blessed by His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia during a visit to Moscow State Pedagogical University on October 24, 2023.
