On November 2, 2025, the Diocesan Department for Youth Affairs and Missionary Service and the leadership of the Don State Technical University organized a university Procession that covered the entire territory of the DSTU and the student park.
The procession was led by the head of the specialized department, rector of the Church of the Martyr Tatiana at the DSTU, Priest Dionysius Sakovich.
It was attended by the rector of DSTU Besarion Meskhi, vice-rectors, teachers, university students, clerics and parishioners of the university church.
During the Procession, a prayer chant was performed for the beginning of every good deed. The chants were performed by the Vinograd Youth Choir under the direction of the regent Kristina Skopintseva. During the prayer service, prayers were offered for the creation and development of the DSTU campus.
At the end of the Procession, Priest Dionysius Sakovich preached a sermon.
The rector of the University, Besarion Meskhi, delivered a welcoming speech, noting the spiritual significance of the event.: "From the bottom of my heart, I would like to say kind words to our rector, Priest Dionysius, for his spiritual guidance, support and the warm atmosphere that made this event possible. His pastoral word and active participation united us all. I can confidently say that today we have established a wonderful, good tradition, which we will definitely continue."
