The Epiphany Cathedral, which stands in a picturesque place on the banks of the Tobol River and is rightfully considered an ornament of the Kurgan, needs help. In the 12 years since the consecration of this magnificent church, the plaster on the bell tower has deteriorated.
According to the senior cleric of the cathedral, Deacon Kirill Good, plaster is falling off the exterior walls of the belfry more and more, and the exposed brick is actively exposed to rain and wind.
According to the clergyman, it is urgently necessary to erect scaffolding, cover the temple with a protective net to protect parishioners, and carry out repairs.
"The approximate cost of such works is from two million rubles. We cannot do this without the help of benefactors, so we ask those who have the opportunity to help. We need building materials, equipment and specialists, and, of course, money," Father Kirill said.
Those who wish to help can contact for details by phone: +7 (912) 830-64-81 – Deacon Kirill Good.
