On October 6, 2025, the Publishing Council of the Russian Orthodox Church hosted an expert meeting of the Enlightenment through the Book publishing competition. The event was conducted by the leading specialist of the sector of competitive and educational programs of the Publishing Council office, Priest Nikolai Balan.

The experts discussed all the received publications for each of the contest's nominations. The books that have received the highest rating from experts are recommended for prizes.

The results of the experts' work will be submitted to the competition committee, which will meet at the Publishing Council next week.
