On the day of remembrance of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul, July 12, 2024, the celebration of the patronal feast of the Peter and Paul Cathedral of the Russian Orthodox Church in Karlovy Vary (Czech Republic) took place.
The festive service was performed by Archpriest Nikolai Lischenyuk, rector of the Peter and Paul Cathedral, Deputy Chairman of the Department for External Church Relations of the Moscow Patriarchate, with Archpriest Vladimir Abrosimov, rector of the Prague Church in the Name of the Holy Martyr Lyudmila of the Czech Republic, and Archpriest George Oros, cleric of the Prague Diocese of the Orthodox Church of the Czech Lands and Slovakia.
At the end of the Divine Liturgy and the procession around the church, the rector preached a sermon and congratulated the numerous parishioners on the holiday.
Then, a festive meal was offered to all those gathered for the celebration.
