On February 8, the House of Orthodox Culture of St. George's Church in Bobruisk was filled with children of different ages. With the blessing of Bishop Seraphim of Bobruisk and Bykhov, the VIII Diocesan Olympiad of Orthodox Knowledge "Keeping the Orthodox Faith" was held on this day, the Bobruisk Diocese reported.
The Olympiad was timed to coincide with significant dates in the life of the Orthodox Church of Belarus: in 2024, the Bobruisk Diocese celebrated the 20th anniversary of its foundation, and in 2025 Belarus will celebrate the 900th anniversary of the founding of the Savior-Euphrosyne Monastery.
The Orthodox Knowledge Olympiad was organized by the Department of Religious Education and Catechesis of the Bobruisk Diocese.
The solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the Olympiad will take place on the eve of the celebration of Orthodox Youth Day (celebrated in the Orthodox Church on February 15).

I know that this prayer is daily, the whole Church prays, and, probably, without this prayer it would be impossible to carry out the Patriarchal ministry. But when they pray for me on this day, a personal day, with which the very appearance of a person in life is connected, then, I think, this prayer is heard by the Lord, and help is poured out on the one for whom they pray.
