On the memorial day of the Holy Royal Passion-bearers, on July 17, 2024, Priest Georgy Sergeev, responsible for organizing the care of the Russian-speaking flock of the Moscow Patriarchate in the territory of the Turkish Republic, in the co-service of Priest Dimitri Bogatyr, rector of the community in Alanya, celebrated the Liturgy for compatriots living in this region.

After his release, Father George addressed the faithful with a welcoming speech. The priest congratulated the community on the third anniversary of the beginning of regular divine services, and also thanked Priest Dimitri Bogatyr and all those who have worked hard over the past time in establishing community life, wishing the parishioners God's help and blessed success.
According to the website of the parishes and communities of the Moscow Patriarchate in Turkey, warm communication with parishioners continued during the festive meal.

People look at you primarily as priests.
