Revelations give hope of a swift end to the conflict and a victorious Russia.

Conrad and Dmitriy from the World War Now podcast have dropped an exciting new revelation of a prophecy concerning the current events at the Kiev Pechersk Lavra. Here at Global Orthodox, we have kept close tabs on the developing situation at the Lavra concerning the status and future of the monks there that refuse to abandon the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church. With the deadline handed down by the Ukrainian Zelensky regime looming, and figures like Metropolitan Luke of Zaporozhye warning the Zelensky regime of the spiritual consequences of attacking the monks, one might wonder if the situation could get any more tense. 

But, it has come to our attention via our friends at the WWN that, in addition to Met. Luke’s stern words of warning, there are indeed even prophecies linked with this historic occasion, such as this prophecy from St. Lawrence of Chernigov,

When a little freedom appears, when the churches and monasteries are being opened and restored, then all false teaching will come out, and the demons and secret atheists (Catholics, Uniates, Ukrainian self-ordained, and others) and will fiercely take up arms against the Orthodox Russian Church, its unity and its conciliar nature. A godless authority will support these heretics, and therefore they will take churches away from the Orthodox and slaughter the faithful. 

Then the Metropolitan of Kiev (not worthy of the name) together with his like-minded hierarchs and priests will strongly shake the Russian Church. The whole world will be amazed at his lawlessness and will be frightened. He himself will go off into eternal perdition, like Judas.
But all these slanders of the evil one and false teachings will disappear in Russia, and there will be One Orthodox Russian Church.

They also reported that Igor Strelkov, previously Minister of Defense of the Donetsk People’s Republic, also claimed in late 2022, that in 2014, while he was Minister, monks from Svyatogorsk Monastery approached him bearing this prophecy; “Half a year after the heretics take over the Kiev Pechersk Lavra and the Caves, Russia will reunite with Ukraine, as it was before, and Kiev will be liberated not just from the heretics, but also all outside forces."

If these prophecies are to be believed, it would suggest that the military operation in Ukraine could come to a dramatic end, possibly as early as the early autumn of this year. And it is not impossible to believe, considering recent events. There are reports out of the West that populations and even some in government are tiring of the costly and damaging unlimited support of the Zelensky regime, and there are serious talks in many Western countries of curtailing or at least limiting the amount of monetary and military aid going to prop up Zelensky going forward. Added to this is the very wrong-headed move by Zelensky’s government of persecuting Orthodox Christians, which is beginning to create backfire and rumbling among Christian conservatives of all stripes in the West. 

Meanwhile, patriotic and religious sentiment in Russia only gets stronger as the massive nation continues to slowly ramp up its military strength. In a move only too familiar, this summer Russia may once again prove to be an unstoppable juggernaut after a measured and careful initial campaign.
