Holy Trinity Serafimo-Diveevo Convent and RIA Novosti have launched the podcast "Here it is, Diveevo", dedicated to the history and spiritual life of the monastery.
"Together with the Holy Trinity Serafimo-Diveevo Convent, we have been working for six months on a new podcast, "Here it is, Diveevo." The expert of the episodes was Nun Makariya (Ogudina), a resident of the Holy Trinity Serafimo-Diveevsky Convent, and the podcast was voiced by Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Yuri Belyaev and Mother Makariya herself. It turned out to be a very strong job," said the Directorate of New Media of the Rossiya Segodnya media group.
The podcast is available on the website ria.ru , in Yandex Music, Apple Podcasts and Soundstream services, as well as in VK and Castbox. Eight of its episodes are devoted to the most interesting episodes of the history of the Diveevo monastery, the asceticism of St. Seraphim of Sarov and other Diveevo saints.
The Holy Trinity Serafimo-Diveevsky Monastery was founded in the XVIII century and is an object of cultural heritage of Russia. The monastery, located in the village of Diveevo in the Nizhny Novgorod region, is revered by believers as the fourth earthly inheritance of the Mother of God — the land that is under Her special protection. The Holy Trinity Cathedral of the monastery houses the relics of St. Seraphim of Sarov.
