The Canonization Commission continues to decipher and publish the materials of the Petrograd trial of 1922 "On the seizure of Church valuables." The materials are supplemented with protocols of interrogations of three representatives of the clergy sentenced to execution - the secretary of the Society of Orthodox Parishes Nikolai Yelachich, a member of the board of the society, Professor Dmitry Ognev and the vicar of the Petrograd diocese, Bishop of Kronstadt Venedikt (Plotnikov). Thus, the protocols of interrogations of all participants in the process sentenced to "capital punishment" have been deciphered.

The published documents include transcribed materials of the investigative case concerning six people glorified in the face of saints - the Hieromartyr Veniamin, Metropolitan of Petrograd, the Venerable Martyr Archimandrite Sergius (Shein), the Martyrs John Kovsharov and Yuri Novitsky, the Hieromartyr Archpriest Mikhail Cheltsov and the hieromartyr Archpriest Mikhail Soyuzov, as well as six representatives of the clergy and laity sentenced to execution with replacement for various terms of imprisonment - Archpriest Nikolai Chukov (later Metropolitan Gregory of Leningrad and Novgorod), Archpriest Leonid Bogoyavlensky, Lev Pariysky, Bishop Venedikt (Plotnikov) and others.

The exhibition, which opened a year ago, was visited by 1,900 people from 36 countries.
