The forum will be held for the 11th time and will bring together 4,000 participants between the ages of 14 and 35, as well as young families with children.
The key theme of this year's forum is dedicated to preserving the country's sovereignty and is timed to coincide with the Year of Defender of the Fatherland and the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. In total, five thematic shifts are planned, the program of which will include meetings and discussions with clergy, lectures with experts from the field of religious education.
The program of the forum will be structured in such a way that the key theme of the forum is revealed through the prism of shifts: "Family", "Kindness", "Creation", "Unity" and "Service". Specialized organizations, program architects, will help shape their content.
The "Family" shift will be dedicated to preserving Russia's demographic sovereignty, strengthening the institution of the family and increasing the cohesive population for the stable development of the state. Its architect will be the "Movement of the First".
The architect of the Dobro shift, which will take place from July 13 to 17, will be the Dobro.rf social development system. For more than 10 years, she has been uniting volunteer organizations and initiatives throughout Russia, developing volunteerism and supporting social initiatives. The Dobro shift will be aimed at strengthening social sovereignty and developing civil society through mutual assistance. It will be held in the format of "Welcome.Conferences", the main theme of which will be the support of author initiatives for the development of regions.
The program of the "Creation" shift, which will take place from July 19 to 23, will be formed jointly with the Rosmolodezh Center for Assistance to Young Specialists. Participants will receive training on the topic of preserving economic and technological sovereignty. During the shift, they will master advanced practical approaches to the development of the industry and exchange ideas on how young people can influence the country's economy through their professional achievements.
The architect of the "Unity" shift, which will take place from July 25 to 29, will be Digoria. The platform unites the intellectual potential of young social and humanitarian specialists for political education and civic education of Russian youth. The key theme of the program is the preservation of value sovereignty and the development of the Russian political system. The participants will discuss the principles of forming a social architecture, the civilizational foundations of the Russian state, and ways to broadcast traditional Russian values to various target audiences.
The finale of the forum will be the "Service" shift, which will be held from July 31 to August 4. The main theme of the shift will be state sovereignty: protecting the interests of the Fatherland and responsibility for its fate. The architect of the shift will be the presidential platform "Russia — the Land of Opportunities", which is actively working to develop youth potential and support initiatives aimed at serving society and the state.
The venue will be the Senezh Management Workshop, the educational center of the presidential platform "Russia — the Land of Opportunities". You can apply for participation until May 31. The Territory of Meanings Forum has been held since 2015. For the first four years, it was held in the Vladimir Region, and since 2019, its venue has been the Senezh Management Workshop of the Russia — Land of Opportunities platform in Solnechnogorsk, Moscow Region.
"Rosmolodezh.Forums" is a special platform of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh), which unites all events and activities of the agency and partners. The platform includes a line of Rosmolodezh forums, educational programs for year-round youth educational centers, and one-time large-scale events.
The autonomous non—profit organization "Russia - the Land of Opportunities" was established on May 22, 2018 at the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The mission of the platform is to create the future of Russia, opening equal opportunities for everyone. Over the seven years of the platform's operation, 20 million people from all regions of Russia and 150 countries have become participants in its 26 projects, contests and Olympiads, and more than 1,500 companies, universities, government and public organizations have become partners.
The Senezh Management Workshop was established in 2019 by ANO Russia — the Land of Opportunities and is currently one of the unique year-round competence centers, serving as a platform for additional education for managers in various fields of activity. In 2025, the Territory of Meanings Forum will be held on its territory for the seventh time.
