On May 13, 2026, a master class will be held in Moscow, which will be conducted by the president of the Moscow Culinary Association, a member of the board of the National Culinary Association, chef Denis Perevoz. The master class will be held with the support of the Synodal Department for Church Charity and Social Service. Volunteers who have a desire to go along with the volunteer builders of the Patriarchal Humanitarian Mission to Donbass are invited to it.
Construction volunteers of the Patriarchal Humanitarian Mission have been traveling to Donbass since March 8, 2023. They are engaged in repairing roofs, restoring communications, replacing doors and windows, plastering walls, ceilings and slopes of residential buildings of needy residents of Donbass who cannot repair their homes themselves — the elderly, people with disabilities, large families. During this time, volunteers have restored more than 750 private homes in need in Mariupol and other cities of Donbass. In order for the builders to work, they need to be fed. That's what volunteer chefs are for.
The participants of the master class will learn how to cook fragrant soup and fry cutlets for a large team in an hour, and will also receive culinary recommendations from a recognized master.
The master class will be held on May 13 at 18.00 at the address: Moscow, Larch Alley, 2a, building 2 (Petrovsko-Razumovskaya metro station). To become a participant of the event, you need to fill out a questionnaire.
This is not the first culinary master class by Denis Perevoz with the support of the Synodal Department for Charity. The first one took place on January 26 for the wards of the Moscow Refugee Assistance Center, which was established at the Synodal Department for Charity. The second master class was held on March 27 at the church project "House of the Deafblind" in Puchkov.
