On the feast of the Bright Resurrection of Christ, on April 20, 2025, the cleric of the Yekaterinodar Diocese, Priest Rafael Da Conceicao, celebrated the Easter Service at the School of the Russian Embassy in Angola.
The service was attended by embassy staff with their family members, staff of the office of the Chief Military Adviser to the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Angola, Orthodox Angolans and compatriots living in Luanda.
A female choir from among the teachers of the school sang during the service.
The priest also performed the sacrament of Penance and talked with everyone, served a water prayer and consecrated Easter food.
At the end of the service, Father Raphael and the headmaster of the school, A.V. Lysenko, presented the children with memorable gifts.

But when they pray for me on this day, a personal day, with which the very appearance of a person in life is connected, then, I think, this prayer is heard by the Lord, and help is poured out on the one for whom they pray. And through those present here, I thank all of you now, my dear bishops, fathers, brothers and sisters, who today, all over the face of our earth, in all the fullness of our Church, have been offering up prayers for the Patriarch.
