In the village of Staroe Plakhino, Turukhansky district, with the blessing of His Grace Agafangel, Bishop of Norilsk and Turukhansky, on August 28, 2025, a granite slab with a portrait of St. Luke (Voino-Yasenetsky) and the dates of his exile in these places was installed.
In 2025, the 100th anniversary of the exile of St. Luke of the Crimea to the Turukhansk region is celebrated.
The opening of the memorial was attended by the dean of the Turukhansky district, rector of the church of the Blessed Prince Alexander Nevsky in Igarka, Priest Konstantin Chernenko.
Russian Russian monument was erected as part of the events "Ethnocultural and linguistic development of the peoples of the region, the development of the Russian ethnic group, Russian culture, traditions and language" of the state program of the Krasnoyarsk Territory "Strengthening the unity of the Russian nation, implementation of state national policy and promotion of the development of civil society institutions" by the regional spiritual and educational public organization "KLYUCH".
A memorial sign has been erected at the place of exile of St. Luke (Voino-Yasenetsky).
